The scope of the work on private housing ranges from executive bespoke properties for individual Clients through to comprehensive developments for the larger house builders. In recent years, the emphasis has been on high density housing and developments on brownfield/Green Belt sites.

From working with Contractors mainly on a Design and Build basis we have expanded to operating directly with Associations and RSLs to bring new sites forward or redevelop out of date assets. The working arrangements can take the form of partnering frameworks or individual sites.

We are involved in many successful conservation and conversion projects, many of which are in urban/town centre conservation areas and are themselves listed. We understand the traditional construction skills needed to re-use & repair buildings to adapt them to current standards.

Our portfolio includes projects for offices and warehouses all the way to self-storage units & train stations. We understand the requirements involved in the design of the fabric and services to satisfy current legislation allowing the properties to be assessed to BREEAM Standards.
